What is Kinea?
Kinea is clinic management and EMR software for physiotherapy practices. It brings appointments, patient files, SOAP notes, session packages, payment records, WhatsApp reminders, home-exercise programs and reports into one place, in English, French or Arabic. Kinea keeps the record of what patients paid; the money itself goes straight to your clinic. It is built in Lebanon.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Kinea runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone. Patients open their exercise program from a link.
Can you bring over my patients from Excel?
Yes. Send us your file and we import your patient list with you.
Can we record payments in two currencies?
Yes. Record each payment in the currency your patient paid in: US dollars, and Lebanese pounds where clinics need them. Packages, balances and reports show both side by side, with no forced conversion. Kinea only keeps the record; it never handles the money.
Who on my team can see clinical notes?
Each person gets a role: admin, therapist or reception. Therapists and admins see clinical notes; reception doesn't.
What does the AI assistant cost to use?
Every plan includes a monthly Ask Kinea allowance: $5 on Solo, $15 on Clinic and $20 on Clinic Plus. The balance is shown on the assistant screen, and you can add more credit at any time.
Can clinics in other countries use Kinea?
Yes. Kinea runs in any browser, in English, French or Arabic, and payments are recorded in US dollars. Message us on WhatsApp and we set it up for your clinic.
